Lupin is usually pursued by Inspector Koichi Zenigata of the ICPO for his mutiple robbery crimes. Detective Zenigata tries his best to catch Lupin, but at each time Lupin always manages to outwit and outmaneuver him. But will a day come when Lupin is finally captured? Find out!
